Stephanie Amrein has spent more than two decades at the forefront of classical Pilates — as a practitioner, educator, and entrepreneur. Holding certifications from PhysicalMind, Power Pilates, and the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP), she brings a rare depth of knowledge to every session and every student she trains. Her career began at the renowned Sports Club L/A, where she spent ten years refining her technique and building a devoted clientele drawn to her precise, intuitive teaching style. That foundation led her to open **Pilates Strong Studio** on Miracle Mile in Coral Gables — a space that quickly became known for its rigorous classical approach and the lasting results it delivered.

Building on that success, Stephanie went on to found **Pilates Plate**, further expanding her reach and deepening her commitment to the Coral Gables community. Today, as the founder of Pilates Fine Arts Academy, she channels that same entrepreneurial vision into teacher education — cultivating the next generation of instructors with the same exacting standards that have defined her career.
