The Pilates Fine Arts Academy Teacher Certification is a rigorous, deeply personal journey into the classical Pilates method. Over 450 hours of study, observation, practice teaching, and mentorship, you will develop the technical precision, anatomical literacy, and artistic sensibility that define a truly exceptional instructor.
Our curriculum is rooted in the original work of Joseph Pilates and enriched by decades of master-level teaching experience. You will study the full apparatus — Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrel, and Mat — and graduate with the confidence to teach any body, at any level, in any setting.

A Complete Pilates Education
Mat Work Mastery
Deep study of all classical Mat exercises — modifications, progressions, cueing, and the art of sequencing a transformative class.
Reformer Fundamentals & Advanced
From foundational footwork to advanced long-box and standing work, you will master the full Reformer repertoire with precision and artistry.
Cadillac & Tower
Explore the full range of the Cadillac — spring-assisted exercises, hanging work, and therapeutic applications for special populations.
Chair, Barrel & Small Props
Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector, Ladder Barrel, and the full suite of small props — each apparatus deepens your understanding of the Pilates system.

Foundation Phase
Begin with intensive Mat and Reformer study, building the technical foundation and body awareness that all great teaching rests upon.
Full Apparatus Study
Progress through Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel work while accumulating observation and practice-teaching hours under faculty supervision.
Mentorship & Graduation
Complete your final teaching hours, pass your practical and written assessments, and graduate as a Pilates Fine Arts Academy Certified Instructor.
